This project consisted of three cells where an element of an automovile was produced. It consisted of two cells with one KUKA robot each (one for arch welding and another for spot welding) and another cell with a welding press.

Description:
I participated in the assembly of several electrical elements, such as the door locks, external power outlets and cell interior lighting.
I also collaborated in the wiring of the PROFINET network from the control panel to the peripheral boxes and in the electrical wiring of several elements of the cells.
I revised and corrected several pages of the electrical diagrams that were either out of date or with incorrectly designated elements.
I revised and corrected some of the errors that poped-up during the testing of the HMI screens.
I also assisted in the insulation and protection tests of the whole installation, using an HT FULLTEST 3 multifunction tester.
Finally, I was in charge of the writing and designing of the instruction manual that was eventually delivered to the client.
