In this project I was in charge of assembling and wiring the controller and drive module with the industrial robots. While these robots will be later part of a proper installation it was deemed opportune to pre-assemble them in order to use them for an in-house training course.

Description:
I assembled and wired the ABB IRC5 controller and drive module with the ABB IRB 6700 robots (power and signal).
I also wired the controller and the drive module (communications and secure signals) and created the necessary multiconductor cables to give power to both elements.
